Check-in is from 1:00 p.m. and check-out is by 11:30 a.m.

If you need parking, we recommend the underground car park "Bonifazius-Turme in the parallel street. Here you only pay €6 (lower parking level, daily rates from 3:00 a.m.). If you arrive late, you can also use the parking spaces in front of the hotel, which are available free of charge during the week from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and on Saturdays from 4:30 p.m. Parking spaces are also free of charge on Sundays and public holidays.

You can safely park your bike in the inner courtyard. This can only be reached through the hotel and is guarded around the clock.

You can change or cancel a booking free of charge up to the evening before your arrival.
